The weekend will feature activities open to all audiences, organized by various museums and cultural institutions from across Catalonia, with the aim of encouraging civic participation through the arts.
The Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC) is presenting the challenge Drawing, Nature, and Health, a participatory activity aimed at people of all ages that invites them to rediscover the surroundings of the MNAC and Montjuïc Park through drawing and illustration. Guided by a route booklet and using accessible materials, participants will stop at various stations to observe, breathe, and express themselves visually. The activity combines physical movement, artistic contemplation, and creativity as tools to promote well-being.
In addition, the Oval Hall of the MNAC will host two performances from L’altre Festival, a performing arts initiative focused on mental health and inclusion, highlighting the role of the arts as a driver of transformation and a space for connection.
