Moll de Costa del Port de Tarragona
Elderly residents of the Serrallo, aged between 75 and 92, share information about photographs that are part of their life in the neighborhood while enjoying breakfast together. This stable group of 7–9 participants socializes with each other and passes on their knowledge, which we document for preservation. These are monthly sessions of about two hours, during which neighbors recall small moments from their past. Together, these recollections recreate the history of the Serrallo neighborhood. Participants experience emotional well-being, exercise their memory, and, while engaged and collaborative, provide detailed descriptions of the projected images.

CAP Roquetes – Sant Pere de Ribes
A group of caregivers, selected by professionals from CAP Roquetes according to pre-established criteria, will participate in this weekly workshop series over three months, led by a multidisciplinary team from the CAP. The program will conclude with a special Art Therapy session, facilitated by “El Taller dels Sentits”, a Centre for Plastic Expression and Art Therapy. Art Therapy provides a therapeutic space where creative processes are used to support individuals with psychological, physical, social, or emotional challenges, while also fostering their capacities and resources. The closing session will guide participants through an internal listening exercise using clay, followed by an expansive exercise with painting to recognize and strengthen connections within the group. This experience will allow caregivers to consolidate what they have learned, gain additional tools for self-care, and nurture the sense of community and support built during the workshops.
