2nd Edition of the International Symposium on Arts in Health ‘Enabling the Arts for Community Health’ (ICS–MNAC)

The Catalan Health Institute (ICS) and the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC) proudly present the second edition of the International Symposium on Arts in Health.

This event brings together professionals from the fields of arts, culture, healthcare, and community development to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and explore the transformative role of the arts in promoting health and wellbeing.

Over the course of the symposium, participants will:

• Present real-world experiences of implementing Arts in Health strategies within diverse institutional settings.
• Showcase major projects developed across Catalonia.
• Highlight innovative programs and practice models that are shaping the future of arts-based health interventions.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue around critical issues such as health equity, community wellbeing, and cultural inclusion.
