La Barraca Space, Las Sierras, San Martín de Llémena, Girona, 17153, Spain
An invitation to creatively immerse ourselves in nature to broaden and deepen our perspective and relationship with ourselves and nature. It is an experiential approach that seeks to explore, through meditative, appreciative, and creative approaches, what we are: what defines us (relief), the place we occupy (volume), the substance of which we are made (matter), and how we relate to the environment in which we live (interrelationship).
October 25, 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Tierra Museum, L'Espluga de Francolí
Rompe(en)di(n)s. Artes y cuidado is an opportunity to create a space for (self-)care for people who have dedicated themselves, are dedicated, or will dedicate themselves to caring, whether family or professional, for people in situations of vulnerability or dependency, whether temporary or permanent. The idea of community support as a self-care practice is what governs the Rompe(en)di(n)s. Artes y cuidado workshop. The general objective of the proposal is the co-creation of a community action, articulated around artistic expressions linked to everyday life.
Saturday 25 October
Museu de la Mediterrània, Torroella de Montgrí
In this workshop, we will provide an introduction to Art Therapy. First, we will briefly explain what it entails and its current applications in our region. Next, participants will have time for experiential exploration through a proposed activity. Finally, we will open a space for sharing and learning more. Art Therapy offers emotional support and guidance while also engaging the individual in a creative process that allows them to work through personal experiences and integrate them emotionally. This is achieved through a wide range of expressive modalities—movement, music, voice, visual arts, creative writing, and more—which enable participants to externalize their experiences, give them form, and relate to them from a broader and healthier perspective. This activity is part of the Museums: Spaces of Well-Being project, developed by six museums and the five primary health areas of the Baix Empordà region. The initiative was born from the desire to highlight museums as spaces that contribute to the health and well-being of the population, while raising awareness about the importance of taking care of our emotional well-being. www.museudelamediterrania.cat

October 25, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Dance Area, Barcelona
The Institut Poiesis invites you to participate in this introductory capsule, a space where the body, dance, and silence intertwine as paths of research and creation. A proposal to explore the practice of authentic movement, somatic listening, and schizoanalytic processes that allow the body to become thought, territory, and escape. Each encounter is an invitation to return to the body as a poetic and ethical laboratory, where movement becomes living thought and its presence, a creative act.
Casa Batlló, Barcelona
Casa Batlló Mindfulness offers a unique experience that combines mindfulness practice with the architectural beauty of Casa Batlló. Inspired by Jon Kabat‑Zinn’s (mindfulness expert) definition, this experience invites you to engage fully with the present moment, pausing to breathe, observe, and connect with your physical and emotional self to build well‑being and resilience. The event program moves through successive stages, combining breathing exercises, guided meditation, and slow, gentle movement in harmony with the building’s unique spaces: a grounding reception and breath regulation; a meditation on perception in the Noble Floor; lengthened, awareness‑deepening breathwork in the Inner Garden; a sensory walk through the Patio of Lights; Qi Gong and deep breathing on the roof to relieve tension; and finally, Walking Meditation on the stairs designed by Kengo Kuma, where breath and steps flow together, body, mind, and space united. Casa Batlló, with its symbolism, craftsmanship, and authenticity, provides a powerful setting for mindfulness. The values of resilience, curiosity, and presence resonate with Healing Art Barcelona’s aim: to strengthen health through shared creative, aesthetic experience. This is more than a tour; “A unique opportunity to stop and experience Casa Batlló as a space of health, creativity and mindfulness”. Duration: 1 hour Limited places: 20 people
