Dates: October 26, November 16, December 14, January 18, February 8, March 8, April 12, June 14. Through Expressive Corrective Movement, we facilitate the free flow of vital energy. Each session focuses on the practice of a different energy center, using specific movements and music prepared in advance with the intention of unblocking the portion of the nervous system that corresponds to each energy center. In this way, it is easier to break free from emotional barriers and open oneself to a way of living and understanding life with greater freedom, creativity, and pleasure, connecting with one's own energy. A new way of understanding and living life, from the body and with the body as a tool for social and personal transformation.

On September 25th, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm, a meeting dedicated to children's and young adult literature as a tool for addressing cultural diversity and social inequalities took place in the Auditorium of the Pilarin Bayés Library in Vic. The event was part of the European project Zoom Out, coordinated by the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC), which aimed to explore inequality through children's literature. During the session, the project was presented, and the audiovisual resources developed were shared. La Noria School and the Pilarin Bayés Library presented their experience working with literature in diverse educational contexts. Salah Haddad and Sumia El Bachiri also participated, sharing their personal experiences with reading during their school years, contributing an enriching and experiential perspective to the discussion. The event concluded with a storytelling performance by Bassirou Balde, who invited the audience to connect with stories through oral tradition. An opportunity that served to reflect on the transformative power of literature in contexts of diversity.

Cycle of experiential workshops on meditation practice through art therapy. Non-dual meditation has Efficient Attention as its central axis. Concentration is the first step and meditating is an act of presence. Learning to attend becomes the main tool in our day to day. At the same time, art therapy as a vehicle of communication and representation, facilitates the processes of emotional understanding and promotes efficient cognitive attention that allows discernment to emerge to act in any situation that life presents us.

“It’s Good to Talk About Your Mind” is a theatrical production that combines humor, empathy, and reflection to raise awareness about mental health promotion and prevention. Through a series of everyday scenes, the play explores common emotional challenges and offers audiences practical tools for emotional well-being. By addressing mental health in a warm and accessible way, it encourages open conversation, self-awareness, and connection — reminding us that talking about our minds is not only good but necessary.

The CAP El Temple in Tortosa promoted children’s oral health through Bibliodonto, an innovative project that combined health education and reading to encourage healthy habits among young people. The initiative featured a dedicated corner in the center’s waiting room where children could find stories and books about dental care and healthy eating. The materials, provided by the Marcel·lí Domingo Library, were renewed approximately every three months to offer fresh stories and educational resources. Through a playful and interactive approach, Bibliodonto sought to make oral health more accessible and engaging for children, fostering curiosity and awareness about the importance of caring for their mouths from an early age. In addition, the CAP set up two bibliotherapy areas in the waiting room, where users could read books in several languages and take them home, leaving another in exchange. This initiative promoted reading as a tool for relaxation, emotional well-being, and digital disconnection, providing moments of calm and reflection for visitors. With these initiatives, EAP Tortosa Est reaffirmed its commitment to comprehensive, compassionate, and community-oriented care, improving the experience of both professionals and users who passed through the center.

Based on a guided tour of the exhibition led by the artist, we invite you to take part in a creative workshop that encourages each participant to engage with her work from their own perspective, experience, and life moment. The activity provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the emotions and reflections the artwork may evoke. This session offers an experiential introduction to art therapy—an open, undirected creative process where experimentation and artistic materials become tools for expression, self-discovery, and connection with others. Its aim is to provide a practical and nurturing experience that reveals the transformative potential of art on both emotional and relational levels. The workshop will be guided by a qualified art therapy professional, ensuring sensitive and respectful support tailored to the rhythm and needs of each participant.

IN_CERT is a project that explores the links between art, science, and health, and the transformative power of art. A working group was formed at the Can Manyé art center in Alella, comprised of scientists from Can Ruti and artists, psychologists, and philosophers, to carry out a collaborative project culminating in a series of activities and two exhibitions, one at Can Manyé and the other at Can Ruti, the latter designed to foster interaction between the two. This Arts in Health intervention aimed to investigate whether artistic intervention in women diagnosed with breast cancer improves their emotional well-being, self-esteem, and reduces anxiety. Three workshop blocks were organized, each focusing on the senses to explore the body. The workshops covered photography and self-portraiture (sight), movement and body expression, and creative writing (hearing and voice). Participants were women who had breast cancer and were in the final stages of oral treatment or had not received any treatment. The sessions were held weekly for two hours over a period of nine months (November 2024–June 2025). The results were quite positive for both the participants and the facilitators.

Creativity, movement, and connection for older adults Circ en Gran is a social circus project for older people that promotes health, autonomy, and social connection through the performing arts. From October to February, participants meet weekly in a safe and inclusive space to explore six creative disciplines — juggling, acrobatics, clowning, balancing, theatre, and percussion. The project goes beyond physical activity: it builds trust, cooperation, and collective creativity, enhancing mobility and coordination while strengthening social bonds. The journey concludes with a public performance, celebrating what participants have learned and created together — a joyful testament to community, creativity, and the power of lifelong learning. Circ en Gran shows that age is no barrier to play, imagination, or transformation.
