The Pain Working Group (TraDoP) of CAMFiC invites you to the fourth edition of this conference, organized as part of World Pain Day, to explore the intersection of art and health. Can art transform the way we understand and approach pain? At the 4th TraDoP Conference, we will examine how artistic expressions can become a therapeutic tool within the biopsychosocial model, offering new perspectives for pain management. Under the theme “Pain and Art”, the conference will delve into the psychological and social dimensions of pain, showing how creativity can facilitate communication, empower patients, and address the emotional component of suffering in a more holistic way. During breaks and the closing session, artistic expressions will be displayed on the screens in the various rooms. We encourage you to submit your own works, or works by people affected by painful conditions, in any format you consider appropriate (photography, short poem, painting, phrase, etc.) by October 15. In the evening, there will be a concert by Cor Flumine at the Cloister of Espai Casal Tortosí, with free admission for the general public.
