Incertesa Park is a text-based theater performance that reflects the concerns of people with Parkinson’s, written and directed by Montse Butjosa, with the active participation of occupational therapist Montse Gabaldà. The performance arose naturally from the participants’ needs after beginning theater workshops. It has a duration of 50 minutes and is followed by a post-show discussion. The performance is staged by people with Parkinson’s and is based on interviews and collaborative work sessions with the participating actors during a theater workshop in 2023. The project was initiated thanks to the LLetra Prize (Prudenci Bertrana) 2022 Edition awarded to Sofía Malagón, a nurse and Parkinson’s patient who spearheaded the initiative.

The talk will open a space for dialogue and reflection on artistic creation as a tool for personal and collective well-being. It will be complemented by a visit to a painting exhibition created by participants from the Art Atelier, a workshop held at the same community center hosting the event. It is part of the Rompe/mentes Conference and invites you to discover the more than ten years of experience of the Red Sin Gravedad organization in the region. The Network promotes more than 30 community and artistic workshops, free and open to all citizens, with or without a mental health diagnosis. The focus is on collective action, building connections, and sharing the neighborhood. The workshops—in visual arts, performing arts, music, and body expression—are coordinated by experienced and sensitive professionals who create inclusive and creative spaces. Although they are not defined as therapeutic, they are profoundly transformative: proximity, continuity, and shared creation help dismantle stigmas, normalize diversity, and bridge gaps.

AMAGATS Gallery and Art Space, Barcelona
From AMAGATS, the first gallery dedicated to creative processes, we propose a workshop in dialogue with the exhibition "State Secrets" by Joan Casellas. The objective of the workshop is to generate a collective space of calm, introspection, and transformation through art, nature, and ritual. Participants will explore what they want to leave behind and, at the same time, project a desire for change onto the sea, a symbol of renewal and infinity. Casellas's work speaks of mystery, of what remains hidden and what is transformed, and from this inspiration we offer an experience with a therapeutic intention and open to everyone. The workshop has two parts: first visit (30 min) of the exhibition, "State Secrets" by Joan Casellas and we will walk to the Poblenou beach where we will combine silence,
