Hospitals i centres penitenciaris i sociosanitaris de les comarques gironines
The “A tocar” project is a series of concerts and workshops held in hospitals, penitentiary centres, and social-healthcare facilities in the Girona region. The aim of the project is to reach those who, temporarily or permanently, are deprived of the universal right of access to culture. By bringing music directly to people who do not have access to these experiences, the project provides opportunities for emotional development and well-being, fosters connections and empowerment, and helps improve the well-being and quality of life of participants.

Dive In and Contemplate: What Is Your Relationship with Nature? Join Ariadna Casas in this guided therapeutic activity, where we will practice forest therapy based on Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), Mindfulness, and Qigong. This activity is part of the therapeutic proposals of the NIAT group (Inclusive Therapeutic Activities in Nature) of the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia. During the session, Ariadna will guide you through Shinrin Yoku, helping you immerse yourself in nature, reconnect deeply with your senses, and reduce stress. We will also do Qigong exercises to activate body and mind, release tension, and promote a flow of positive energy. Additionally, we will practice the “Meditation of Admiration” or “Meditation of Surprise”, a technique that invites you to observe the natural world with fresh eyes, full of wonder and respect. On this “surprise walk” through the Poblet Forest, nature becomes our teacher, encouraging us to discover its wonders in every detail with curiosity and inner peace. This workshop for older people will invite participants to explore memory through visual language. Each session will offer the opportunity to connect with key concepts of pictorial practice — such as gesture, composition, color, and expressiveness — through activities that combine observation and creation, placing memory at the center as the driving force. The sessions will combine cognitive reinforcement exercises with moments of artistic creation and reflection, drawing inspiration from both the artworks exhibited in the museum and participants’ own life experiences. Designed to prevent memory loss associated with aging, the workshop will foster autonomy, emotional well-being, and creative vitality. It will be a space where enjoyment, care, and challenge come together, linking artistic practice with individual and collective memory. Ultimately, the proposal will explore how art can serve as a tool for health and a source of vitality in later life, nurturing both the mind and the spirit through creative expression.
