The Narinan Choir is a choir for people with Parkinson's and their companions. We invite you to sing with us in an open rehearsal, to experience the health benefits of singing and making music with a choir. You'll also learn more about how and why singing can help people with Parkinson's. We sing to work on voice and speech, but above all, to accompany each other and enjoy it. It's a therapeutic choir facilitated by a music therapist. You don't need to know music to sing, you don't need to sing to come; everyone is welcome.

Ter Museum, Manlleu
The Desvetllem la memòria workshops at the Museu del Ter are a participatory historical photography initiative that promotes the documentation and recovery of the collective memory of the local past. In this edition, the project focuses on the Casals-Gràcia school in Manlleu, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary. During the sessions, participants contribute photographs related to the school and its surroundings, which are digitized and documented collectively. This process allows the identification of significant people, spaces, activities and moments, generating a shared visual archive that enriches the Museum's documentary collection. The workshop encourages the active involvement of neighbors and former students, who contribute with their memories and knowledge to reconstruct the daily history of the educational center. Desvetllem la memòria is a cultural and community dynamization tool that highlights domestic photographic heritage and oral memory, strengthening the link between the territory and the people who inhabit it.

Samba is much more than a dance: it's an explosion of rhythm, expression, and community that comes to us from the heart of Brazil, with African roots. Dancing samba is fun because it connects you with the music, makes your body move freely, and invites you to share your energy with others. It also improves physical fitness, reduces stress, strengthens social ties, and stimulates creativity. Led by: Vinicius Rosa, professor of the UVic-UCC Physiotherapy degree program, born in Brazil, with samba in his veins.

ANNINIA Space
This workshop offers a reflective and creative space for adopted people to explore their personal and emotional history through a unique methodology: connecting with a meaningful object or belonging linked to their life, adoption, and identity, through the use of photography and writing. Participants are invited to reflect on their experiences, reconstruct personal narratives, and strengthen their sense of self in a supportive peer-to-peer environment. By linking personal memory, creativity, and community support, the workshop seeks to foster integration, resilience, and collective dialogue around adoption and identity.

Jardí modernista de l'Espai Víctor Català-Clos del Pastor
The proposal is a visit to two gardens: one historic, the Modernist garden of Espai Víctor Català–Clos del Pastor, designed as an Hortus Conclusus (enclosed garden or earthly paradise); and the other, the garden of Hostal Empúries, which is environmentally respectful, integrated, and sustainable. These are two different garden concepts, each adapted to the needs of its creators. A way to promote well-being while enjoying these spaces.

We offer families a comfortable, accessible, and inclusive space that goes beyond discovering the secrets of the ancient sea in the Prades Mountains. All family members—grandparents, parents, children—share their leisure time together, interacting with our Triassic heritage, forgetting the stress of everyday life—both in terms of habits and technology—through touching objects, creating their own plaster fossil... in short, promoting health.

An invitation to experience the urban space of Tortosa through a curious and meandering walk, engaging with the city’s past. A past written in the corners of streets, on building facades, in window grilles, and on stair railings… Escaping the daily routines dictated by hurry and efficiency, the very act of walking creates moments of self-exploration and inspiration, providing a sensory and reflective experience that connects people to the urban environment in an intimate and transformative way.
