Samba is much more than a dance: it's an explosion of rhythm, expression, and community that comes to us from the heart of Brazil, with African roots. Dancing samba is fun because it connects you with the music, makes your body move freely, and invites you to share your energy with others. It also improves physical fitness, reduces stress, strengthens social ties, and stimulates creativity. Led by: Vinicius Rosa, professor of the UVic-UCC Physiotherapy degree program, born in Brazil, with samba in his veins.

Jardí modernista de l'Espai Víctor Català-Clos del Pastor

These are two different garden concepts, each adapted to the needs of its creators. A way to promote well-being while enjoying these spaces.

Baroque hermitage of Sant Miquel de la Tosca, El Vilosell
The Respira Serra de la Llena program draws inspiration from the principles of healthogenesis and the healing arts, fostering holistic well-being through a deep connection with nature, conscious movement, and sensory expression. Set in the heart of the Prades Mountains, this experience combines forest bathing, qigong, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, full presence, and personal transformation—backed by scientific evidence on the benefits of nature for physical, mental, and social health. Framed within the healing arts approach, the program emphasizes culture as a tool for health and integrates sustainability, inclusion, and empowerment as core values. Throughout the activities, participants are guided using the language of psychological intervention in natural settings—presence, emotional regulation, sense of coherence, self-regulation, coping, and body awareness—ensuring a healthy and transformative experience. This program takes place in a rich cultural, community, and spiritual setting (aplecs) in Sant Miquel de la Tosca, El Vilosell, Lleida.
