October 26 11:00 - 14:00
Tapies Foundation, Barcelona
We invite you to a participatory workshop at the Fundació Antoni Tàpies that encourages visitors to engage with the artist’s works from their own personal experience — no prior artistic or theoretical knowledge required. Rather than focusing on art history or analysis, this session invites a dialogue through feeling: - What do I see? What do I feel? What does this work awaken in me? What would I like to express in response? Using the principles of art therapy, participants will first connect with selected works through emotion and intuition. In the second part of the workshop, each person will create their own piece inspired by that experience — exploring painting, collage, music, body movement, poetry, and more. The goal is to transform the museum visit into a space of personal reflection, creativity, and emotional expression, where art becomes a mirror for inner dialogue and self-discovery.

Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA)
Artists and researchers Agnes Essonti Luque, Albert Gironès, and Eva Paià offer a tour of the exhibition and the development of a collective narrative. The notion of the collective body and the artist's attention to the politics of care are fundamental to the representation, both individually and self-representationally, as well as in the various forms of collaboration the artist has stipulated in his projects over the years.
Sunday 26 October 16:00 - 20:00
Centre d'Equitació Poni Club de Catalunya, Sant Just Desvern
Bonds is a unique experience that brings together nature, horses, and artistic creation to support well-being and mental health. Held at the Centre d’Equitació Poni Club de Catalunya, this activity is open to both adults and children. The experience follows a three-phase journey: - Discover the Herd – Observe the roles of the horses (leader, companion, sentinel…) as a living metaphor for the balance between individual and collective needs. - Immersion in Silence – Share a quiet space with the herd, cultivating presence, calm, and deep connection. - Creation of Land Art – In small groups, transform reflections and emotions into ephemeral artworks using natural materials, inspired by the bonds observed in the herd. What to Expect: A transformative, accessible, and memorable activity that fosters emotional regulation, creativity, and a sense of community.
October 20, 9:30 to 11:30
Municipal Facilities Plaza Europa, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat
The intergenerational theater workshop consists of creating a safe and free space where older adults connect through performing arts with neighborhood children and young people associated with an educational center. It is a project with a three-fold objective: to open the school to the neighborhood, connecting older adults and students who share the same area; to enable older adults to work on their memory and share their experiences with students through recreational and creative activities; and to promote physical exercise and creative expression through the movement of older adults.

Tuesday 21 October 19.30 - 21.00
Creative Earthquake, Barcelona
We propose an open dance workshop facilitated by Pere Faura and the Sisme team. The activity invites you to experience movement as a space for play, intuition and connection with other people. Based on the flocking technique, we will work on dancing together as an experience of cooperation, listening and shared creation. The proposal is based on the idea that dance is not only an artistic expression, but also a tool for community health: it promotes body awareness, reduces stress and strengthens social bonds. In a world where individualism predominates, this workshop opens a space to feel part of a collective body where each person contributes to the common movement. The result is a lively choreographic experience that enhances emotional and relational well-being through the pleasure of dancing.
Tuesday 21 October 18:00 - 20:00
Finca Mas Miró, Montroig del Camp
This project aims to provide a new perspective on grief through culture, exploring its potential to improve the health and well-being of those who suffer or have suffered from this situation. Through personal experience, the reading of book excerpts, and the screening of documentary and film clips, the stages of grief are explained and tools are provided to understand and overcome this process. In this way, the talk aims to bring culture closer to health and demonstrate how art allows us to express emotions and feelings and helps overcome adversity. In parallel with the talk, seven images taken by the authors of the grieving process as a healing means of expression will be exhibited, accompanied by various writings. This photographic collection, "Grief in Images," showcases their life stories.
Tuesday 21 October 15:00 - 16:00
